The smartphone business is big business. It seems everyone is racing to build the latest and greatest smartphone that will do everything and anything for its users. One thing is for certain, the Android phone is gaining popularity, and most consumers prefer it to any other smartphone.
Android phones, such as the LG Android phone, have certain features that set them aside from other smartphones. These features include the following things:
- File Support – The Android is on its way to supporting almost all file formats. Users need compatibility, and the Android provides it.
- QWERTY Keyboard – An Android isn’t bulky, but it still provides a slide out QWERTY keyboard. If you send a large number of text messages, a QWERTY keyboard is a must.
- Open Operating System – The Android has an open operating system, which means that developers can play with it to create apps and games. An open operating system also makes it easier to customize the phone. There are endless options when it comes to the customization of an Android phone.
- Browser Android’s browser is faster than most browsers on smartphone, including Safari browsers. It has flash support and does all a browser should do.
- Market – Android’s marketplace has an application for almost anything: counting calories, balancing your checkbook or checking the weather. There are thousands of apps, and many of them are free to Android users.
Before you buy a smartphone, be sure you compare them all and check features. Be sure the apps and compatibility are what you need. Chances are good that you will need an Android phone!
